Monthly Overview (November 2025)

November

The apparel market for the month generally showed steady progress, with domestic customer sales performing well as winter clothing gained momentum due to falling temperatures, and inbound consumption recovering under the trend of a weaker yen.

Similarly, in our company, the delayed fall and winter sales season has finally begun in earnest, and with sales of coats and outerwear having significantly increased, we recorded a year-on-year increase. In terms of sales channels, department stores remained at the same level as the previous year, while directly managed stores, e-commerce (EC) and outlet stores significantly exceeded the previous year's performance.

As a consequence of the above, sales at department stores, directly managed stores, outlets, and other brick-and-mortar stores were 104% of the previous year, EC sales were 107% of the previous year, and total company sales were 104% of the previous year's level.
