Outline of the Green Down Project "Feather Collection"
In 2015, Sanyo began to collect feather products and plan and sell products using recycled feather "Green Down" in sympathy with the idea of the Green Down Project, which aims to realize a "Feather Circulation Society".
As the transition to a recycling-oriented society progresses and there is a need for effective use of limited resources, we are collecting feather products at some of our stores in order to make further contributions to the "Feather Circulation Society".
Recovered products
Feather products with a reduction ratio of 50% or more. (Down jackets, blankets, etc.)
Even if the product itself has holes or is dirty, it is subject to collection.
Points to note regarding collection
- Please check the product quality label for the down blend ratio.
- Products with a down content of 49% or less cannot be collected. Please note.
- If the product does not have a quality label, or if the down content cannot be confirmed on the quality label, we will refuse collection.
- Wet products, products made only of feathers, and cotton comforters cannot be recycled and cannot be collected.
- Please make sure that there is nothing in your pockets etc. before handing over any unwanted products to the staff. Products cannot be returned after collection.
- We do not collect items by mail.

The Feather Circulation System is created through the understanding and cooperation of companies involved in the feathers, local communities, and individual consumers.
Green Down Project is the driving force behind this.
