Introduction to Activities in 2025

March 7 (Shinjuku)

To commemorate the first anniversary of ECOALF Takashimaya Shinjuku store, the event was held on March 7 at the Shinjuku East Exit Shopping Street in cooperation with the Takashimaya Shinjuku store. Products made from PET bottles collected at this event were sold as products at a pop-up shop in the main square on the second floor of the Takashimaya Shinjuku store held in June.

April 18 (Urawa)

In April, ECOALF Isetan Urawa store opened on the first floor as a pop-up store. As a commemorative event, we held a cleanup event in cooperation with Isetan Urawa Store on the morning of Friday, April 18, in conjunction with Earth Day on April 22.

What is Earth Day?

Every year on April 22nd, EARTH DAY attracts more than 1 billion participants from more than 193 countries and regions to participate in various activities.

June 8 (shinjuku)

In conjunction with World Oceans Day (World Ocean Day), we held a clean up event in cooperation with the Takashimaya Shinjuku store on June 8. The purpose of this program was to raise awareness of environmental issues and to promote measures for environmental conservation.

What is World Oceans Day ?

June 8 is an international day designated by the world to appreciate the benefits that the ocean is bringing to us humans and to think about what we should do to continue to protect its precious resources.

July 21 (Kasai Rinkai Park)

ECOALF clean up event was held at Kasai Rinkai Park in cooperation with the Takashimaya Shinjuku store.

On the morning of "Marine Day" on Monday, July 21, the event started at Shiokaze no Hiroba in Kasai Rinkai Park, followed by Ashigaike Pond, Lawn Square, Japanese Garden, and Observation Square, and then returned to Shiokaze no Hiroba. The waste collected there was properly separated and some of it was collected as recycled resources.

The purpose is to raise awareness of environmental issues and to promote measures for environmental conservation. ECOALF and the takashimaya shinjuku store are planning clean up events and collaborating to develop up-cycled products from collected recyclable waste, and are working together to raise awareness of environmental issues and promote sustainable fashion. We will also work to expand awareness in Japan by conducting clean up activities in Shinjuku throughout the year.

ECOALF

Fashion is the second most polluting industry in the world. That's why it's ECOALF to address environmental issues and propose new lifestyles for tomorrow. It is a sustainable fashion brand originating in Europe, where all items are made only from recycled materials and natural materials with low environmental impact. We are leading the world in sustainable fashion by proposing stylish and practical collections made from recycled PET bottles, fishing nets, tires, and other materials using our unique technology. In addition, we promoted UPCYCLING THE OCEANS (Up-Cycling The Oceans), which started in Spain, in various locations. The brand itself collects, sorts, and recycles marine plastic, and is implementing a project to give new life to the product.
