Applications are limited to those residing in Japan. We apologize, but we cannot accept applications from outside Japan.

Before applying

Regarding products eligible for repair

We only accept repairs for items purchased through the official channels of Sanyo Shokai.

Confirmation items when requesting repairs

  • Please note that depending on the condition and material of the item, there may be cases where repairs are not possible.
  • Repaired items after wearing should be sent after cleaning. For items not cleaned, they may be returned as they are.
  • When sending, please make sure there is nothing in the pockets, etc. We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage during shipment.
  • When buttons or belt loops are moved during repairs, please be aware that there may be traces left.
  • Please be cautious with measurements, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for repaired items.
  • Regarding the dirt, stains, and scratches on the repaired items, please confirm them yourself before shipping.

Send the repair sheet (application form) and the product to Sanyo Shokai Workshop.

Print the repair sheet (application form) from the web and fill in the necessary information yourself.

Step 2

Sending repair sheets and products

Send the repair sheet (application form) and the product to Sanyo Shokai Workshop.

Step 3

Confirmation of repair details

The workshop will contact you to confirm the repair details. (After the product arrives, we will contact you by email)

Step 4

Carrying out repairs

After confirming the repair details, the artisan will perform the repair.

Step 5

Return to home/Payment

1-2 weeks after arriving at the workshop, we will send the repaired item to your home. After receiving the product, please pay the shipping and repair fees.

Regarding payment of shipping and repair fees

  • The round-trip shipping cost for repair applications by shipping is borne by the customer. Please refer to the following for the return shipping cost from the repair workshop.
  • Payment of repair fees and return shipping fees will be made by cash on delivery upon receiving the product. (Additional cash on delivery fees apply)

  • Fill in your name, contact information (address, phone number), and email address.

    * The email address can be for either PC or mobile use.

    * If you have email reception restrictions from PC, change it to "Allow receiving emails from @sanyo-shokai.co.jp."

  • Specify the desired repair details in the designated section.
    For dimensions, refer to the "About Repair Items" section below.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, please write them in the customer comments section.
  • Ensure that the shipping address is accurate.
  • We only accept repairs through shipping, not direct visits.
